  • Review Solicitation: Please don’t ask your customers, family and friends, or business associates to review your businesses. consumers are not stupid and know when this is being done. You should also never offer deals in exchange for reviews. You can be accused of bribing etc.
  • Public Comments: This is the opportunity to show how empathetic or caring you are, when replying to any issues. We encourage you to resolve any disputes by direct messaging though. The Do Not’s are self explanatory, but again do not publicly attack your customers, or offer ‘bribes’ to change the review.
  • Video and Photos: Please keep it clean. Videos and Photo’s are a brilliant way of advertisement for your business. use it wisely. see our list of do’s and don’ts in the terms of use document
  • From the Business Tab: Here’s your opportunity to tell people about yourselves. Keep it factual, but humour can go a long way. This is your chance to make your business stand out and shine. Do not use this feature for special offers and discounts. Do not slander other businesses or customers here.
